What does Volunteering Entail?

Volunteering is an important facet of V.O.V. As a volunteer you will help the students with their homework, targeting any problem areas that they identify. You will also teach math problems with the help of a textbook and teacher's guide.

Volunteers are required to devote at least 4 hours a week to V.O.V. You will be expected to eat with the students, interact with them and serve as a mentor. We urge our volunteers to build a relationship with the students, thus we are looking for long term commitment.
